We are currently experiencing high numbers of customer enquiries.
We kindly ask for your patience during this time and one of our customer service operatives will be in contact as soon as they can.
We have listed common questions below, please check these before sending us your question!

We recommend checking your order carefully before payment to ensure all items have been placed in a shopping cart.

If you wish to remove a product due to allergen concerns please contact us as soon as you can:
We encourage all of our customers to enter their information carefully when completing their order.

If your delivery address and contact information is wrong and we are unable to successfully deliver your order, your order will be brought back to our Head Office. Please follow the steps provided on your missed delivery slip for what to do next.

If you are unable to collect it from us, and we have to attempt a second delivery, extra charges may be incurred

If your address and contact information is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible:
We recommend checking your confirmation email for your assigned delivery date before contacting us.

As you can imagine, we are an extremely popular service and at the time of placing your order you will be asked to enter a desired delivery date.

There is a possibility that when placing your order, the last available slot may have been sold. If this is the case, you will be given the next available slot, which can sometimes be for the following weeks.

This information will be supplied to you on your confirmation email.

We will be unable to reschedule your order to an earlier date, as all delivery slots will be sold out.

If the date assigned to you in inconvenient you can contact us for a refund:
All orders are processed on the morning of delivery.

All deliveries will take place between aprroximately 11am & 5:30pm, please make sure someone is home to accept the order! There may be occasions where your order is delivered after the 5:30pm, this will be due to the driver being held up at another location.

Please contact us the following day if you have not received your order.

We CANNOT give you a specific time slot as it is dependant on how quickly our drivers can fulfill other orders.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT arrange for your order to be moved to our Click and Collect service.

We are offering a reduced menu on both of our Delivery and Click & Collect service. This is to ensure the safety of our staff and offer a quick turnaround on our services.
